Seal and Secure with Pecora’s DynaFlex SC and DynaPoxy EP-1200

Pecora DynaFlex SC is a unique one part, non-sag, tamper resistant elastomeric STPU (silyl-terminated polyurethane) joint sealant. It has many of the strengths of other two part security sealants, but with an easy to use application method. No mixing nozzles required here, instead DynaFlex can be installed quickly and easily with standard caulking equipment. DynaFlex can be used to seal any interior joints or openings that require a sealant. Suitable materials include: masonry to masonry, masonry to metal, or metal to metal. It can also be used on polycarbonate sheets for interior security glazing, but will require some priming to do so.

DynaPoxy EP-1200 is a rigid, two part, high-solids, high-modulus epoxy resin compound. It is designed to be used along with DynaFlex or as an alternative product. DynaPoxy’s pick-proof properties makes it an ideal sealant for high security areas of prisons and other facilities. It has an outstanding adhesion to similar and dissimilar materials making it applicable for most areas. DynaPoxy’s high compressive strength and non-sag properties also allows it to be used as a structural adhesive for vertical and overhead bonding and grouting, as well as bolt embedment.
