CT9 Carbide Tipped Hole Cutters feature a 3/8” shank with triple-cutting geometry for smooth, fast cutting. This unique geometry delivers rapid chip removal and a better overall control. The CT9 hole cutters have a 2” depth for drilling thick materials. They are recommended for drilling steel door lockset and deadbolt holes. The 2-1/8” cutter is designed for door knob installation, while the 1-1/2” cutter is designed for deadbolt installation.
